Music Retrospective w/ Pepe & Coco | Stories Behind the Music, Relationships & Mental Health

  The following is a rebroadcast of Music Retrospective that will be uncut, and include all three parts for your listening convenience. So you can get to hear all the fun and embarrassing stories behind the conception of Glasspirits songs. This is co-hosted with a good friend of mine, Coco from San Diego. Coco is a musician, architect, yoga instructor and overall creative person. Coco personally knows some of the people who I've written the songs about, so I'll be recounting the experiences I had with those people, the song's conception, and the aftermath of letting them know I wrote a song about them. Many of these stories are very embarrassing, but I hope they give a little insight into the mind of an artist.  Coco and I discuss behaviors that stem from anxiety, substance use, actions that can be considered to be maladaptive behaviors, including self harm.
